The Role As a Planner Operations Associate at LearnLux, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our global workforce of financial experts, handling the communication, audits, and recordkeeping that keep the experience seamless for both our experts and the members they serve. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. We're looking for someone who finds it rewarding to run a process consistently, catch the small discrepancies others miss, and know that a large, international workforce is running smoothly because of their attention to detail. This role is remote within the U.S. It reports to the Manager of Planner Operations. What you’ll do Own the communication channels with our global financial planners. Ensure all messages are responded to in a timely fashion and escalate urgent issues to senior planning leads. Plan and send a regular newsletter to the global financial experts, sharing key updates and quarterly goals. Monitor scheduled calls for potential disruptions and resolve urgent issues quickly to protect the member experience. Support the onboarding process for new global financial experts, provisioning access to the right tools and confirming each planner is fully configured from an admin perspective before they begin working with members. Run recurring audits of the tools used by the financial experts, confirming settings are configured correctly and implementing fixes as needed. Maintain disciplined data hygiene across our tools and systems, keeping planner records accurate and current. Support our planning leads with SOP documentation to improve operational procedures and standards. Partner closely with the Manager of Planner Operations and the Senior Manager of Global Planner Relations, flagging recurring friction points you spot in the day-to-day and helping to test & build better approaches. You should bring A minimum of 2-4 years of operations, coordination, or support experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience living or working abroad or working with international colleagues is a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of and comfort with cross-cultural communication nuances. Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the misconfigured setting, the duplicate record, and the typo in the newsletter before anyone else does. Experience with database or record management tools (e.g., Airtable or similar). Experience with mass-email or shared-inbox tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Front, Braze, or similar). Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling software. Strong organization and prioritization skills and the discipline to manage a high volume of activity. Self-motivated and comfortable executing defined workflows in
