Plumbing Duties Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems including: Domestic hot and cold water services Above-ground drainage systems Sanitary ware and associated pipework Rainwater systems Heating systems and plant room installations Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications Carry out pressure testing and commissioning activities Ensure installations comply with Irish Building Regulations and project specifications ·       Ability to read and interpret mechanical and coordinated drawings ·       Good understanding of Irish mechanical services standards and regulations ·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team ·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship ·       Strong work ethic and reliability ·       Good communication and teamwork skills ·       Problem-solving ability on site ·       Flexible and adaptable approach to work requirements ·       Commitment to safety and quality standards ·       Ability to deliver installations safely, on time, and to specification ·       Ability to support project teams in achieving programme milestones ·       Ability to promote a positive site safety culture and teamwork ·       Willingness to work overtime or weekends where required to meet project deadlines ·       Ability to work safely and effectively on active construction sites Requirements Qualified Plumber and/or Pipefitter trade certification Proven experience on commercial and industrial mechanical projects Welding experience including TIG and ARC welding Safe Pass Card Manual Handling certification Coded welding certification (desirable) IPAF / MEWP certification (desirable) Confined Space training (desirable) Abrasive Wheels certification (desirable) Full clean driving licence (desirable) Experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centre, industrial, or large commercial projects Experience maintaining high-quality workmanship standards on live construction projects
