Description
About Tia
Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people rather than as separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes and creating a better experience for patients and providers.
About the Role
We are looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide comprehensive primary care at Tia’s SoHo clinic.
Our primary need is for an experienced outpatient physician who is confident managing preventive care, acute concerns, and chronic conditions. Prior women’s health or gynecology experience is helpful, but it is not required. We welcome strong primary care physicians who are interested in expanding their knowledge of women’s health within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
As a Physician at Tia, you will care for women across different life stages using a whole-person approach. You will manage a broad range of primary care needs while partnering with colleagues across gynecology, mental health, wellness, and clinical operations.
This role also offers opportunities to teach, support clinical decision-making across the care team, and provide feedback to Tia’s technology teams as they develop tools that support patient care.

Review test results, develop treatment plans, communicate next steps, and coordinate follow-up
Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, physicians, mental health clinicians, wellness providers, nurses, and clinic operations
Serve as a collaborating physician for Tia’s New York nurse practitioners
Support clinical teaching, coaching, and case consultation across the care team
Partner with Tia’s technology and product teams by providing clinical feedback on the tools used in patient care
