Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
Position Summary
Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes. Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming, set-up, and troubleshooting.
Essential Functions
• Responsible for released machines, tools, and processes
• Provide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.)
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams
• Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods
• Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Must be able to work in a team setting
• Experience with automated machinery
• Analytical, able to solve complex technical problems
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Experience with Solidworks and/or equivalent 3d modeling software
• PFMEA, PFD, and control plan experience
• CNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software; preferably ESPRIT
Education / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience in a CNC setting
