Ready to Press Play on Potential?     Let's start with the role As a Product Analyst on the Platform team, you will bridge the gap between user understanding and data-driven decision-making. You will shape how product performance is measured by asking the right questions, designing the right studies, and synthesising both qualitative insights and quantitative signals into clear, actionable recommendations. We are looking for a hybrid user researcher and product analyst who combines rigorous user research craft with strong product analytics fluency. Our ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller who uses both data and human insight to ensure that every product decision — from roadmap prioritisation to post-launch measurement — is grounded in evidence.   As a Product Analyst, you will:   User Research & Insight Generation Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (including interviews, surveys, shadowing) to uncover user needs, pain points, and mental models; Design and run in-product micro-surveys; Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, in clear, compelling narratives. Product Analytics & Measurement Define and monitor key product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion, feature adoption) and KPIs tied to business outcomes; Leverage the transactional data lake to connect customer journeys with business results; Implement GA4 tagging to map journeys, surface pain points, and feed roadmap prioritisation. Synthesise, Hypothesise & Optimise Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into high-confidence, actionable insights; Develop data-driven hypotheses to close user pain points or improve feature performance; Define and validate North Star and guardrail metrics for new product areas. Dashboards, Reporting & Knowledge Management Build and maintain dashboards and self-serving reporting for real-time visibility into feature health; Maintain a shared research repository so qual and quant evidence stay discoverable and connected. Cross-functional Partnership Represent both the voice of the customer and the voice of the data  in product discussions; Advise the Platform team across the product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch measurement; Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, BI teams, and other Product Analysts to prioritise roadmap items on evidence and impact.   What you'll bring: 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics in a consumer internet business, or a high-growth, fast-paced product organisation ; Hands-on experience planning and conducting user interviews, and surveys — with the ability to synthesise findings into actionable recommendations; Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs, and building measurement frameworks that connect user behaviour to business outcomes; Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)  and other product or experience analytics platforms; Ability to independently determine and establish data analysis priorities, balancing ongoing projects with requests from various stakeholders; Strong presentation skills to share insights and influence stakeholders; A detail-oriented, impact-driven, customer-centric approach to both research and data analysis; A demonstrated AI
