Job Overview Are you interested in financial markets in general and index space in particular? Do you want to work on and implement cutting-edge investment strategies of our international client base? Screening Call The screening / introduction round is focus on assessment of a candidate's basic qualifications and determine whether (s)he is a good fit for the role and the company. • 2. Meeting the team The team round is focused on the candidate’s subject-matter know-how and abilities. The interviewer will ask questions specific to the job and the candidate’s prior experience. The candidate will be expected to provide specific examples to demonstrate his/her subject- matter knowledge. • 3. Task round This one is an optional round, primarily targeted towards technical roles such as developers, that aims to filter out unfit candidates based on their coding skills. As part of the optional task round, the candidate will be given a home task to solve within a specified timeline, which they will need to complete and send back to the hiring team for evaluation. • 4. Management talk The management round is the opportunity for the candidate to show qualifications and motivation for the role, from a strategic company-fit point of view.
