Key Responsibilities Market and Supplier Research Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning. Research and evaluate potential suppliers to support product development and procurement. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Product Performance Testing Assist in product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards. Document and report issues or bugs to the development team for resolution. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and performance criteria. Product Documentation Create and maintain product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts. Ensure all product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly. Packaging and Labeling Oversee the development of product packaging, including serial number labeling and design. Ensure packaging aligns with branding and complies with regulatory standards. Requirements Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you will be expected to speak with chinese suppliers. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.  Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Strong interest in electronics and consumer hardware. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of the MS Suite (Excel, Power Point)
