Help shape the future of how rights-holders manage, value, and activate partnerships.  We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to elevate the user experience of Partnership Intelligence — our platform that empowers hundreds of sports and entertainment organisations to manage commercial partnerships with clarity, precision, and confidence.  This is a critical role in a year where Partnership Intelligence is undergoing a major transformation. You’ll lead design across multiple squads as we modernise the platform, simplify complex workflows, strengthen cross-product coherence, and introduce more intelligent, intuitive experiences. Your work will help clients realise value faster, reduce friction, and unlock broader adoption across their organisations.  You’ll operate across regions (North America, EMEA, and India), partnering closely with Product and Engineering to bring structure, clarity, and elegance to sophisticated, data- and workflow-heavy tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity and enjoys creating powerful, delightful experiences for expert users.    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING  Product Design Leadership  Lead design across multiple Partnership Intelligence domains  Shape the end-to-end experience of a platform used by commercial, activation, finance, and partnership teams  Define UX direction, partner on roadmap decisions, and champion quality across the product suite  Evolve our design system to increase coherence, reusability, and development velocity  Bring consistency to experiences that span multiple modules and user groups    Design Execution & Craft  Translate complex data, workflows, and system logic into simple, frictionless interfaces  Own interaction design, flows, and micro-interactions with a high level of polish  Raise the bar on visual design, clarity, hierarchy, and overall craft  Drive improvements to the design system, contributing new patterns and components  Solve complex system design challenges (modularity, scalability, information architecture)    Research & Problem Solving  Develop deep understanding of user needs, behaviours, and motivations across roles and regions  Identify new problem spaces, areas of friction/ineffiency, and opportunities across the platform  Partner with PMs, engineers, and data teams to validate concepts and prioiritise work  Use evidence to reframe problems and influence product direction    Prototyping & Testing  Build prototypes across fidelity levels to explore and validate ideas  Test concepts with users and iterate rapidly  Work with engineering to assess feasibility and constraints    Cross-Team Collaboration  Work with PMs to define requirements and user journeys  Collaborate with engineering early to ensure smooth implementation  Create clear documentation and support delivery teams throughout build  Align patterns and experiences across squads to eliminate fragmentation    DesignOps & Ways of Working  Improve how design plans, communicates, and collaborates across the wider product team  Introduce rituals and documen
