We are seeking a Production Specialist to manage the end-to-end production of branded materials and ensure high-quality execution across all physical brand assets. Key Responsibilities: Manage the production lifecycle of branded materials from briefing to final delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, production houses, printing vendors, and internal stakeholders. Review and approve production samples before mass production. Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines. Monitor production schedules, deliveries, and supplier performance. Support the execution of events, exhibitions, and brand activations. Maintain production documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in production management, print production, brand execution, marketing production, or related fields. Experience working with suppliers, printing houses, and production vendors. Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and quality control. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or physical brand activations is a plus. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Design Management, or a related field.
