Location: Singapore Reports To: Chief Technology Officer The Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle of the company's digital health products. The PM will drive 0-to-1 product building, owning discovery, roadmap, delivery and growth, while working hands-on with engineering, design, clinical and business teams on-site. Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap of assigned digital products, aligned with the company's mission and business goals. Drive 0-to-1 product building: problem discovery, user research, rapid prototyping, MVP scoping, launch and iteration based on real usage data. Design and continuously improve user engagement, grounded in behavioural science and evidence-based health practices. Translate clinical protocols, health programmes and domain expertise into intuitive digital experiences, in close collaboration with clinical and operational teams. Define, instrument and track product KPIs (activation, retention, engagement, NPS) and run experiments (A/B tests) to improve them. Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritise the backlog and run agile ceremonies with engineering and design. Leverage AI tools hands-on across the product lifecycle, including LLM-based prototyping and AI-assisted research and analysis, and shape AI-powered features within the products. Connect physical and digital touchpoints into one coherent user journey, including booking, check-in and feedback flows where relevant. Manage integrations with third-party services, devices and data sources as required by the product roadmap. Ensure product decisions comply with healthcare data privacy and security requirements (PDPA and relevant regulations), working closely with the Cybersecurity & IT and Compliance teams. Manage release cycles and product quality across platforms (iOS, Android, web) together with engineering and QA. Gather and synthesise user feedback continuously (interviews, surveys, support tickets, reviews) into actionable product improvements. Establish annual product roadmaps with clear timelines, milestones, resource forecasts and KPIs; present progress and insights to leadership. Support the company's growth by preparing products for new offerings, markets and future expansion. Requirements 4-7 years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products (mobile apps preferred). At least 2 years of experience in healthtech, digital health, wellness or an adjacent regulated consumer space. Experience taking new products or features from concept to launch. Experience building products that drive user engagement is an advantage. Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in daily work and experience scoping or shipping AI-powered product features. Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to product decisions. Experience working with wearables data, health data or third-party integrations is an advantage. Familiarity with healthcare data privacy requirements (PDPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
