Product Launch & Optimisation - Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. - Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve product performance and usability. Performance & Innovation - Define and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on product outcomes and progress. - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. - Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous product enhancement. Customer Engagement - Engage directly with customers to gather insights, address concerns, and understand needs. - Collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution. What it takes to succeed: - Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management, project management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. - Proficiency with project management and product tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. - Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking. - Experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau. - Strong knowledge of SQL and data-driven decision-making. - Strong technical competence and problem-solving ability. - Familiarity with payment scheme standards such as ISO8583 and ISO20022 is highly advantageous. - Proven experience in payment processing and card processing is essential. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
