As a Product Owner (Data & AI, Seller & Operations) you will guide the development of the data platform as a scalable, self-service product to accelerate data democratization initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers to deliver and enhance impactful data products.
What you’ll have to do:
Design, develop, and drive the long-term strategy for data products to enable easy and efficient access to data;
Create a clear vision and mid-to-long-term roadmap for the Data Product;
Ensure alignment of data products with organizational goals such as customer experience, growth, operational efficiency, and AI readiness;
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, data governance, and analytics teams;
Build scalable, flexible, and user-friendly data models for data consumers (ML engineers, data analysts, product and business owners);
Lead adoption and product understanding initiatives through documentation, training, onboarding, and continuous improvement;
Set KPIs to monitor product performance: adoption & usage, internal NPS, latency, retention, accuracy, data lineage;
Manage product requirements and priorities;
Prioritize initiatives based on impact and required effort;
Make strategic decisions on data product investments;
Play a key role in data democratization and data mesh initiatives;
Promote data-as-a-product and self-service data platform principles;
Contribute to defining standards for governance, data quality, access, and metadata.
What makes you a good fit:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within data/ technology areas such as data platforms, digital B2B/B2C products, CRM systems, or other tech platforms;
Strong understanding of modern data architectures (lakehouse, pipelines, DBT, HDFS, Iceberg, data catalogs, APIs);
Familiarity with Scrum Agile methodology, ceremonies, and how to leverage them for successful product delivery;
Previous involvement in digital transformation or data platform modernization initiatives;
Experience in environments focused on data democratization, self-service, or data mesh;
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams: data engineering, analytics, marketing, CRM, BI;
Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
