Product Owner in the ERP (ARP) /SAP Transformation (d/f/m)
The ARP Program is the cornerstone of Airbus's digital transformation, aiming to harmonize and optimize our industrial processes across all global sites. We believe this initiative will set new industry standards and significantly enhance our operational efficiency and enable the ramp-up. Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
• Analyze operational needs through in-depth workshops, shaping our end-to-end Supply Chain and Demand processes.
• Translate complex data into clear documentation and visualizations, driving stakeholder buy-in and team alignment.
• Ensure our processes align with SAP standards and global strategies, driving efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with Agile/SAFe Multi-Functional Teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Potential to lead pioneering projects integrating emerging technologies with SAP solutions.
Desired skills and qualifications
• Master’s degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, or Production/Logistics.
• 8+ years in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defense).
• 5+ years in complex SAP development and deployment
• Deep understanding of SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM), E2E operational processes.
• Proven experience with SAFe/Agile.
• Change Management and Project Management expertise.
• Thrive in demanding, multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel, approximately 20% of the time.
