IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR As our production engineer, you need to: Comply with Envalior SHEQ requirements, standards, and operational guidelines. Implement LSR and SHEQ principles to achieve a target of zero harm and zero accidents on site. Ensure the timely execution of the master production plan and the on-time delivery of products to customers. Support the production department to ensure stable manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant, including SHEQ and production efficiency, and track the progress of various improvement projects. Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibilities Responsible for submitting MOC (Management of Change) for production line modifications; updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure production is executed in strict compliance with SOPs and safety requirements, and continuously optimized. Conduct regular audits of on-site execution to ensure the production line strictly adheres to SOPs. Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of production lines and equipment to ensure they remain in good condition and operate normally, thereby guaranteeing safe and stable production. Participate in guiding and training site employees to enhance their knowledge and technical skills. Participate in the rapid response to daily production line abnormalities and formulate abnormal response plans. Collaborate with the Process Department on the scale-up trial production of new formulations. Record process parameters and issues, and track the formulation and implementation of subsequent improvement plans. Formulate production line cleaning plans to ensure safe and stable production, and strictly prevent cross-contamination. Participate in identifying and mitigating/eliminating risks within the production area; conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), develop improvement measures, and follow up on their implementation. Participate in the review of production line safety and quality reports, and develop improvement plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including SHEQ, production efficiency, and 5S; foster a culture of continuous improvement at the site. Collect and analyze production data (e.g., OEE), identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans. Participate in Yellow Belt and Green Belt continuous improvement projects. Organize and participate in monthly Improvement Plant meetings; collect and summarize various improvement suggestions, and track the progress of improvement projects. Maintain communication with DICI facilitators from other sites to introduce and implement best practices from other locations to the Shangyu site. Implement ManEx (Manufacturing Excellence). Participate in Process Safety initiatives. Other ad-hoc assigned by manager. Requirements The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related majors. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing; prior experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) is preferred.
