You will be responsible for ensuring production activities meet quality, cost and delivery expectations while building strong relationships across manufacturing, engineering and supply chain teams. This role combines manufacturing engineering, production oversight, supplier management and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the factory floor and seeing the direct impact of their work. What You'll Be Doing Represent Infinitesima on-site at our manufacturing partner facility Monitor production builds and ensure products are assembled to specification Drive quality, delivery and manufacturing performance Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) Investigate production issues and lead root cause analysis activities Work closely with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain teams to remove obstacles Review manufacturing KPIs and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders Conduct quality audits and support compliance activities Identify risks early and coordinate effective solutions Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production processes What We're Looking For Essential Experience 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing, production or engineering environment Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers or systems integrators Strong stakeho
