BetKing TV is how we reach millions of fans across Nigeria: shows, match previews, and social content built for a young, fast-moving digital audience. We're looking for a Production Intern to join our Social Media team on a one-year contract and learn how that content actually gets made, from first script to final upload. This is a hands-on role. You'll be on set, in the edit, and behind the publishing calendar, working alongside a team that ships content daily. What you'll be doing Work alongside the production team on filming days for BetKing TV shows, social series, and live events Help prepare shoots: scripts, call sheets, scheduling, kit and location logistics Cut short-form edits, add captions, and reformat content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Log, organise, and back up raw footage so the team can find what it needs, fast Schedule and publish content, then pull the numbers to see how it performed Work directly with hosts, presenters, and marketing colleagues to keep shoots running smoothly Pick up whatever else production needs — no two weeks look the same Requirements Eligible to work in Nigeria and available for a full 12-month contract — fresh graduates and NYSC corps members welcome No professional experience required; a genuine interest in video, sport, and social content matters more Any exposure to editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) or content you've made yourself is a plus, not a requirement Based in Lagos and comfortable with occasional evening or weekend shoots around the match calendar Who does well here Proactive – you spot what needs doing and start Curious and coachable – you ask questions and act on feedback Adaptable – priorities shift when live sport does Resilient – a shoot going sideways doesn't rattle you Team player – you make the people around you better Benefits Twelve months of real experience across pre-production, filming, editing, and publishing Direct mentorship from our production and social teams A portfolio of work seen by hundreds of thousands of fans Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 remote, depending on the shoot schedule Daily lunch at the office and company-arranged transport to and from work
