THE OPPORTUNITY This is a senior leadership role at the heart of Hallmarc's manufacturing operation. As Production Manager, you will be responsible for running the Gold Coast joinery factory end-to-end – from scheduling and supplier procurement through to quality, team performance and on-time delivery of every job out the door. This role is effectively the General Manager of the manufacturing division. You will own the factory's output, its people and its relationships with external suppliers and trade partners. You will work closely with our Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure that manufacturing timelines align precisely with project delivery schedules nationally. We are looking for an experienced operator who has run a joinery or manufacturing environment before – someone who knows how to get the best from a skilled trades team, hold suppliers accountable and drive a culture of quality and on-time performance. You'll bring the systems thinking and leadership presence to take this division to the next level as Hallmarc continues to grow.
