With over 60 facilities worldwide and 9,000+ employees, we offer stable careers with room to grow. --- Job Summary We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided. --- Key Responsibilities · Set up and operate machines according to work instructions · Load and unload materials and monitor production quality · Use basic measuring tools · Adjust machine controls as needed · Maintain a clean and safe work area · Follow all safety and company policies · Report equipment or quality issues to supervision · Perform other duties as assigned --- Required Skills & Qualifications · Ability to follow written and verbal instructions · Basic math and communication skills · Strong attention to safety · Reliable and self-motivated · Flexible to work in different roles --- Education & Experience · Training provided for the position --- Physical Requirements · Lift up to 50 lbs · Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift · Work in a noisy manufacturing environment --- Shift Hours · 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM · 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM --- Alkegen is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
