Description
Upway is looking for a Production Partner to run the video engine behind our YouTube channel , the team responsible for turning raw footage into long-form episodes people actually finish watching. This role is on-site at our Los Angeles UpCenter ( 2400 Marine Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90278 ), working hand-in-hand with our on-camera host and marketing team. Minimum commitment: 4 to 5 full production days per month, on-site in Redondo Beach. These are full days of shooting, not a couple of hours in and out. Our goal is simple: build trust and drive discovery through long-form content that's genuinely engaging to watch, not corporate video with a YouTube logo on it.
