Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on the entire production process: starting from raw material weighing, through processing, tablet compression, capsule filling, sachet filling, blistering, packaging, and ending with final delivery to the warehouse. Supervise production technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety procedures. Ensure proper cleaning and setup of machines as per work instructions before starting production. Monitor production conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, machine logbooks) and report any malfunctions or deviations. Ensure accurate and complete batch documentation in real time, Report and follow up on machine issues or infrastructure problems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. 0-2 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Result-oriented personality with team working ability & resilience. Fluency in spoken & written English is required, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional (word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
