Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

 - Server향 AI Accelerator 제품의 양산성 확보
   
   - Silicon Bring-Up 부터 각 IP(기능 블럭)들의 Function 및 Characterization 검증과 함께 High Speed I/F Enabling 함으로써 Performance를 극대화하고 제품의 안정성을 확보하여 성공적인 Mass Production 달성, Customer기술 지원에 이르기까지 Silicon Out 이후 제품 양산성 확보를 위한 전반적인 업무를 다루게 됨

 - Bring up 1st Silicon (eg : PCIe/DRAM/Ethernet …)

 - Validate all functions of the main IPs(eg : PCIe/DRAM/Ethernet, …)

 - Evaluate LVCC of the main supply voltage domain & eye opening margin 

 - Enable high speed interface (eg : PCIe/DRAM/Ethernet, …)

 - Debug issue & find workaround solution for problems 

 - Ensure the reliability and mass-producibility (yield improvement/manufacturability) of an AI accelerator

 - Customer Technical Support & failure analysis

 - Feasibility test for SW version up at system level

﻿MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 - Arm Architecture, AMBA BUS, Computer 구조/Programing 이해

 - C, python, bash 와 같은 programming language 이해 및 활용 능력

 - PCB 회로도 이해, 전자 회로 기본 : design rule 등 이해도가 있으면 좋음

﻿PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 - Linux 활용 능력 (ubuntu) 및 device driver (Firmware) 구현 능력

 - Firmware Level IP control 또는 IP function 및 특성 이해

 - Signal & Power Integrity 이해 (ODT, Drive Strength, Vref, Setup/Hold Timing margin)

 - PCIe, Ethernet, UCIe, DRAM Silicon 검증 역량
