Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years Responsibilities   Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care. Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & Interpretation and dissemination Assures that nursing practice is evidence based Requirements NYS Registered Nurse License unencumbered MSN Required Management experience 3-5 years Shared Governance experience Magnet or Pathway to Excellence experience Professional certification in a related specialty of willingness to obtain with in 3 years of hire.
