Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager Location: OH (Hybrid) or Remote (based on business needs)

Overview
CompTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful execution of Federal Government programs and internal strategic initiatives. The Program Manager serves as the primary operational lead responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring contract performance, managing cross-functional teams, and driving projects and programs to successful completion.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will oversee program execution from planning through delivery, ensuring performance, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction objectives are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong understanding of Federal Government contracting, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
Program Leadership
Provide overall leadership and management for assigned Federal Government contracts and internal strategic initiatives.
Develop and execute program management plans, project schedules, staffing strategies, budgets, and performance metrics.
Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
Monitor program performance, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
Present program status, key performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and customers.
Customer & Contract Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between CompTech, Government customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and exceptional program execution.
Support contract startup, transition activities, contract modifications, option years, and program closeout.
Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), company policies, and applicable Government standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure successful delivery of contractual requirements.
Operations & Business Support
Partner with Business Development to support proposal development, staffing plans, transition strategies, technical volumes, and Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses.
Collaborate with Recruiting to identify, interview, and onboard qualified personnel for funded and anticipated contract positions.
Support company strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational growth objectives.
