Combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, you will ensure the right projects are delivered in the right way, while continuously improving execution, governance and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities  Own and continuously optimize Smappee's project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities, execution capacity and organizational objectives. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate, prioritize and govern strategic initiatives based on business value, risks, dependencies and available resources. Lead the company's most business-critical, cross-functional projects and ensure successful delivery in terms of scope, timing, budget and quality. Drive alignment and collaboration across R&D, Product Management, Operations, Sales, Marketing and other business functions to achieve project success. Develop and continuously improve project management methodologies, governance, reporting standards and portfolio KPIs to increase organizational effectiveness. Challenge existing ways of working and lead initiatives that improve execution speed, scalability and project delivery across the organization. Lead, coach and develop the Project Management team, providing direction, mentoring and support while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
