Melton Electric is looking for an experienced Project Foreman to lead our field teams and keep commercial electrical projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. In this role, you'll serve as the connection between project management and the field—coordinating crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects that exceed expectations. Compensation & Benefits $45.00 per hour Performance-based and company bonus opportunities Generous pension plan Comprehensive health benefits Full-time position with consistent, year-round work Stable company with opportunities for career advancement What You'll Do Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects Coordinate daily job site activities to keep projects on schedule Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specifications Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and company quality standards Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site Mentor and develop apprentice and journeyman electricians Communicate project progress, material needs, and potential issues with project management Perform quality inspections and resolve field challenges efficiently Foster a positive team culture built on accountability and professionalism Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or higher) Minimum 2 years of experience leading commercial or industrial electrical projects as a Foreman or Lead Electrician Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and job site safety practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30 Certification Experience using digital construction management or project reporting software Benefits Why Melton Electric?
