Description
Everyday you will...
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery and quality deliverables that meet standards and business requirements
• Manage project changes and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders (internal and external).
• Coordinate activities across business, development, data, and infrastructure team.
• Remove blockers and support team productivity.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication among project participants.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Track and resolve project issues and dependencies.
• Escalate critical concerns when necessary.
• Performing other assignments were requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product or Project Management.
• Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in the insurance business would be an advantage.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a must.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.
• Knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence
• Experience in Software Development methodologies and SDLC.
