Responsibility: Project Management • Responsible for profitability of the Project • Coordinating with consultant-client to kick of site to start project construction; making all necessary arrangements of building approval procurement of material, design, drawing, and sample approval. • Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Workforce and Subcontractor work force for successful completion of project. • Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost and quality parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output. • Liaising with the clients/consultants for the successful & timely completion of the project • Attending all site weekly meetings & developing action plan against the points discussed and preparation of minutes of meeting • Preparation of project schedule keeping track of each activity in order to complete on time • Analyzing bottleneck of project an
