Description
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning and implementation of electronics-based projects from initial concept through to manufacturing and delivery. Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the engineering team (Hardware/Firmware/PCB Design) and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met. Timeline & Budget Control: Manage project schedules using tools. Monitor costs to ensure the project stays within budget. Risk Mitigation: Identify technical and logistical bottlenecks early in the development cycle and implement contingency plans. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all electronics products meet industry standards (e.g. CE, EMI/EMC compliance). Requirements Looking for work experience of 4 – 8 years Educational preference are B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. (PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus). Engineering Foundation: Strong understanding of embedded systems, PCB assembly processes, and hardware testing protocols. Documentation: Ability to create Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and technical specifications. Vendor Management: Experience in sourcing electronic components and managing relationships with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Adaptive Leadership: Ability to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on when technical troubleshooting is required. Strategic Communication: Excellence in translating complex technical "jargon" into clear business updates for executive leadership.
