Description
About Us RAM Australia Services No. 2 PTY LTD is an Australian owned, based and regulated non-bank lender with offices in Manila, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hong Kong and Shanghai that focuses on providing Australian residential home loans to its customers. RAM Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our Technology team in Manila. This role will report to the Head of Technology and will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects across RAM Group — Brighten Home Loans and Real Asset Management. The Project Manager will coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives, applying the right delivery methodology to each context — acting as Scrum Master for internal Agile development teams, and as a traditional Project Manager for vendor-led waterfall engagements. Job Purpose This role requires a confident and experienced delivery professional who can navigate a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, balance competing priorities, and bring structure to complex, multi-workstream programmes. You will work closely with the Head of Technology, business leaders, senior analysts, developers and external vendors to drive outcomes across a diverse portfolio and contribute to the technology roadmap and programme reporting at an executive level. About the role Broad portfolio spanning non-bank lending, asset management and group-wide transformation. High visibility and direct access to senior leadership across all business groups. A genuine opportunity to build and shape the project delivery function within a growing organisation. Work across both Agile and waterfall delivery — no two projects are the same. Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning • Portfolio Management • Agile Delivery / Scrum Master • Waterfall Delivery • Stakeholder Management • Risk & Issue Management • Governance & Reporting • Roadmap & Programme • Vendor Management Skills, qualifications and experience: This role requires a confident, highly organised and resilient individual who is equally comfortable running a daily stand-up with a development team and presenting a portfolio dashboard to the executive. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage ambiguity while keeping projects on track. This role suits a proactive professional who takes ownership and drives delivery through to completion. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, Finance, or related field. • 5+ years' project management experience delivering technology-enabled business projects. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different business areas. • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching development teams. • Proficiency with both Agile/Scrum and waterfall delivery methodologies, with the judgement to apply the right approach to each engagement. • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management or Agile certification. • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, change control and portfolio reporting. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels from team leads to executive leadership. • Experience in financial services, non-bank lending, or asset management environments. • Proficiency with project and Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar). Qualifications: • Experience delivering Salesforce, Capital, Workday and MRI platform implementations. • Understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape for non-bank lenders and/or managed investment schemes. • Experience working in a multi-entity or holding company structure. • Exposure to technology roadmap planning and portfolio-level reporting frameworks. • SAFe or other scaled Agile framework experience • A calm, structured leader who brings order to complexity without losing sight of outcomes. • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence, negotiate and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups. • Honest, transparent and accountable — someone who surfaces problems early and solves them constructively. • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude. • Comfortable operating with autonomy in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
