Description
ABOUT CONDUIT HEALTH Conduit Health is transforming one of the hardest, most outdated corners of post-acute care — getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients’ homes. We’re the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say “yes” to patients who would otherwise wait weeks — while we handle every step behind the scenes. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Project Manager to optimize launches, partnerships, or workflows across the company. You’ll work closely with multiple teams to plug in where the team needs most. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape operations and expansion in a high-growth startup environment, working hands-on with industry leaders and driving impact across our patient population. WHO YOU ARE - Execution-Focused & Detail-Oriented: You thrive on organizing workflows and tracking metrics to maintain clinical quality - Compliance-Minded & Process-Driven: You have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid billing) and experience building SOPs. - Collaborative Leader: You partner closely with Clinical, Product, and Fulfillment teams to expand, solve problems, and improve turnaround time. - Tech-Savvy & Efficiency-Focused: You use systems, tools, and metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Mission-Aligned: You care deeply about healthcare access and improving patient outcomes. EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU'LL DO - Optimize Key Partnerships. Manage partnerships with payor and supplier partners to ensure all orders are filled quickly, and patients have a seamless experience. This will include monitoring data consistently and creating regular touchpoints for cross-communication. - Manage Prior Authorization Processes: Ensure efficient authorization processes, especially through various portals that require manual submission and constant follow-up. - Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Clinical Operations, Support, Payor Development, and Product Teams to share insights, improve workflows, and address operational challenges effectively. - Track & Report KPIs: Measure performance metrics (e.g., patient reach rate, turnaround time, error rates), prepare reports, and present insights to leadership. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 2+ years in healthcare or DME clinical operations, as a biller, medical assistant, scribe, or similar role (suggested, not required). - Incredible attention to detail and ability to juggle many manual tasks at once. - Strong data entry skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. - A passion for leveraging technology to improve processes and enhance the patient experience. - Stellar communication and collaboration skills. VALUES - Excellence, Not Perfection – We set a high bar for our work and impact, but we don’t get lost in endless polish for polish’s sake. We focus on results that matter. - Urgency, Not Chaos – We move fast because speed drives our advantage. We pair urgency with clarity to avoid noise and burnout. - Systems, Not One-Offs – Every solution should eliminate the root cause so the problem never returns. Wins are good; scalable systems are better. - Committed, Not Just Here – We show up engaged, proactive, and ready to go above and beyond. It’s not about working 24/7 — it’s about caring deeply and leaning into our shared mission. The outcomes you drive are what matter most. - Crush Goals, Not Souls – We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Be yourself, bring positivity, have fun, and laugh often. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Flexible working environment (3 in-office days per week in New York). - Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays. - Direct mentorship and growth opportunities with senior leadership. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Conduit Health is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.
