Role Summary We're looking for a Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team building a high-performance simulation platform. This is primarily a people-management role — you'll own delivery, coordinate across engineering disciplines, and keep the team unblocked — backed by enough technical fluency to have credible conversations with your engineers. Responsibilities Manage sprint/release planning, timelines, and cross-team dependencies Run standups, retros, and stakeholder reporting Translate business/product requirements into engineering-ready tasks Identify technical risks early by working closely with tech leads Manage resourcing across backend, simulation/numerical, and UI teams Own documentation hygiene and change-management process for the team Interface with leadership on progress, risks, and roadmap
