As the Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for purchasing all products and managing inventory for our innovative new platform. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable in an operational role and has strategic, creative ideas for process improvement. You should have a strong understanding of inventory planning and procurement principles, excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be passionate about driving efficiencies.   WHAT YOU'LL DO - Inventory Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels - Purchase Order Management: Place and manage all purchase orders (POs) daily to ensure accurate entry, proofing, and maintenance - External Collaboration: Provide regular updates to fulfillment partners on inventory status, potential risks, and new opportunities - Process Improvement: Implement best practices and innovative solutions to ensure the purchasing process is efficient and scalable - Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to identify trends and make informed decisions on optimal reorder points - Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels daily and make timely adjustments to meet changing conditions - Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving solutions - Audits: Partner with fulfillment partners to request regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and identify potential discrepancies - Internal Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business performance, work closely with systems analyst to troubleshoot issues YOU SHOULD HAVE - Bachelors Degree - Proven 1+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a high-growth environment - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality with excellent collaboration skills - Expertise in Excel, familiarity with inventory management & forecasting systems, Tableau experience is a plus - Ability to work independently and confidently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills   Benefits (Full Time Roles) - 100% remote within the USA - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Automatic 401k contribution - Employee referral program - At home office set up - Bi-annual company retreats - Open vacation policy - Equity - Monthly team events   The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $55,000/year - $90,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $60,000 - $85,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
