Core Development is a global team of technologists who architect, build and maintain our world-class trading platform. From optimizing our core trading engine to building custom hardware, we leverage software & hardware engineering, data science and research, to deliver the infrastructure and tools that drive our trading and business needs.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with traders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions.
Design, code, test, deploy and support reliable software applications efficiently to help business grow
Perform comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy, stability, and minimize financial risk
Foster a positive working environment and maintain strong relationships within the team

Skills You’ll Need:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in python programming, proficient in Python development and Linux environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, strong ownership
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to testing and quality assurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a humble and cooperative attitude
Team player who values collaboration and shared success
