Job Summary We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented QHSES Management System Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (QHSES) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ISO standards while fostering a strong safety and quality culture across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in manufacturing, refinery, or chemical environments who are passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Management Systems & Compliance • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSES systems in line with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry requirements • Integrate QHSES practices into day-to-day operations ISO Certification & Audits • Support ISO certification and surveillance audits • Coordinate internal and external audits • Ensure documentation and processes meet certification standards Incident & Risk Management • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Maintain incident records and communicate lessons learned Training & Culture • Deliver QHSES training and awareness programs • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility • Support employees with QHSES-related guidance Performance & Continuous Improvement • Monitor QHSES KPIs and prepare performance reports • Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Job Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QHSES frameworks • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Palm oil refinery, crude oil processing, or chemical manufacturing • Experience in audits, compliance, and management systems implementation • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven experience in policy and procedure development • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QHSES systems/tools • Good data analysis and reporting skills • Familiarity with industry processes, equipment, and technologies • Knowledge of local and international QHSES regulations • High awareness of current QHSES trends and practices • Proficient in written and spoken English
