Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our construction team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all work completed on job sites meets company standards, project scope, and quality expectations. The Quality Control Inspector will conduct site visits, assess workmanship, enforce safety compliance, and support communication between field. Key Responsibilities • Conduct routine inspections of active and completed construction sites • Verify that all work performed aligns with the approved scope of work and project specifications • Evaluate workmanship to ensure it meets company quality standards and industry best practices • Identify deficiencies, incomplete work, or quality concerns and document findings • Ensure site managers are maintaining clean, organized, and safe job site conditions • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies • Communicate inspection results and required corrections with the field department and site managers • Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution • Review subcontractor invoices against completed work for accuracy and completeness • Provide final approval or recommend adjustments prior to payment processing • Maintain detailed inspection reports, documentation, and records Qualifications • Previous experience in construction, quality control, or site inspection required • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards • Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, plans, and specifications • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively • Proficient in documentation and reporting (photos, notes, digital tools, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with subcontractors and invoice review/approval processes • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance practices • Familiarity with construction management software or inspection tools Work Environment & Schedule • Field-based role requiring travel between multiple job sites Monday - Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm Saturday(alternating): 8:00am-3:00pm
