RBT/BT - Behavior Tech Horizon Blue ABA was built around one belief: that every child deserves consistent, skilled, and caring support. Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • A passion for helping children and families • Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) • Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings • We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule: • Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases. • Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Multiple openings across all five boroughs • Growth opportunities in a supportive, team-oriented environment • Paid Training and Certification Support $20 - $26 an hour
