Duties and Responsibilities • Perform vehicle inspections to identify needed mechanical and cosmetic repairs • Complete basic maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, batteries, and fluid checks • Document all work performed and communicate needed repairs with service advisors or management • Assist with cosmetic reconditioning including buffing, light interior cleaning, and trim repairs • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before being moved to the front line • Maintain reconditioning logs and meet daily production targets • Operate and move vehicles safely around the dealership and service areas • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures • 1+ year of experience in general automotive maintenance or repair • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years of reconditioning or dealership service experience • Familiarity with multi-point inspections and light mechanical repairs • Experience working with internal service departments or used vehicle operations All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
