Magna Legal Services is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of corporate, operational, technical, and professional positions. The Recruiter will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, identifying top talent, and guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring process, from requisition intake through onboarding. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while balancing multiple priorities and partnering with leaders to achieve hiring goals. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position reporting to Magna's Director of Talent Acquisition.
