Description
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an aggressive regional distribution strategy focused on demand creation, revenue growth, and market share expansion
• Drive speed and rigor in execution, ensuring programs, initiatives, and corrective actions move quickly from strategy to results
• Establish and maintain strong engagement with Wolfspeed at both corporate and branch levels within assigned distributors
• Serve as the regional distribution expert, providing clear guidance on how to best leverage the channel to maximize growth
• Lead demand creation initiatives, including design‑in activity, pipeline development, and distributor‑driven customer engagement
• Set, manage, and overachieve quarterly and annual revenue and demand‑creation targets
• Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
• Ensure appropriate inventory strategies and levels to support growth and customer demand
• Implement and drive channel marketing programs with a strong bias toward measurable outcomes
• Act with agility to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, emerging customers, and shifts in market dynamics
• Proactively manage and resolve channel conflicts, issues, and execution gaps
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin
• 6+ years of experience in Sales or Channel Management, preferably in high‑growth or highly competitive markets
• Proven track record of driving demand creation and executing with speed
• Strong computer skills; experience with Tableau, Salesforce.com, and Foresight is a plus
• Experience interfacing with senior‑level management internally and externally
• Ability to build influential, trust‑based relationships
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of and experience across major regional markets
• Ability to operate effectively with diverse stakeholders and in fast‑changing environments
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
