- Partner with senior leadership, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Oversee the design and delivery of blended learning programs that drive operational performance, compliance, and safety outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives including learning kaizens, new program design and launch, and LMS projects that enhance training quality and consistency across the network.
- Support the development and delivery of leadership and professional development programs that build capability and grow talent.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and business impact, reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
- Manage learning budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and demonstrate ROI.
- Travel to sites as needed to support network priorities, program launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple locations.
- Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results in regulated environments.
