The Role: WellTheory is expanding our Registered Dietitian team. In this role, you’ll partner with us to deliver our proprietary care program to members. This is a full-time remote role with benefits, working Monday - Friday 10a-6p PST . What You’ll Do • Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a functional nutrition approach • Leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes • Guide members in adopting sustainable, anti-inflammatory diets, addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement • Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols • Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system Details Location: Remote | Monday - Friday 10a-6p PST Role type: Full time Starting salaries based on experience: • Registered Dietitians: $63k - $70k • Functional Registered Dietitians (includes IFNCP certification, or similar with functional lab interpretation proficiency): $72k - $80k • Additional equity compensation Comprehensive benefits package: • Flexible time off policy, 9 paid holidays, and a 9-day full office closure at the end of the year. • Health, dental, and vision insurance; health FSA. • Home office stipend and professional development opportunities. • Regular team events and off-sites.
