Job Description The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing care to adults in the inpatient Psychiatry unit. This role includes administering medications and providing therapeutic patient care to individuals experiencing acute symptoms associated with psychiatric disorders such as depression or psychosis. Essential skills include strong behavioral observation abilities, conducting thorough mental status and physical assessments, and monitoring patients’ responses to medication and other clinical interventions. The RPN will also be responsible for accurate and timely documentation, as well as maintaining ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members and charge nurses to support coordinated, patient‑centered care.
