• Help identify and interpret global regulatory standards including CE, FCC, RED, and other regional certifications.
• Participate in hands-on testing activities, including RF characterization, wireless performance testing, and EMC/EMI assessments.
• Support testing activities in internal labs and coordinate testing with third-party certified laboratories.
• Analyze test results and contribute to technical compliance reports.
• Help maintain product certification documentation and compliance records.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving product compliance issues.
• Support lab equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate test results.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical or military training).
• 1–5 years of engineering experience in testing, design, systems, hardware, RF, or a related technical field.
• Interest in regulatory engineering, compliance testing, or product certification.
• Experience using electronic lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, analyzers, or signal generators.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply technical standards and compliance requirements.
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to EMC/EMI testing or electronics lab environments
• Familiarity with RF systems, wireless technologies, or power electronics
