About the job We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team within the CIB Unit and deliver exceptional service to our business clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an SME client portfolio by building strong, holistic, and long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing tailored financial solutions that support their growth and success. Responsibilities Develop and establish long-term relationships of trust with business clients, understanding and covering all their financial needs and identifying opportunities for cross-selling, recommending appropriate products or services Drive Bank’s business growth, developing effective strategies to enhance existing customer relationships with business clients and identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach Develop plans to grow and retain the existing client portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide value-added insights to clients Collaborate with internal units, such as Credit, Operations and Risk Management , to ensure that all activities and processes comply with required standards and regulations. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Statistics, or related field MSc in related fields will be considered an asset. At least 3 years of experience in the field of Small Business Banking or related field Broad knowledge of bank’s services and products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset. Customer oriented approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Very good knowledge of MS Office
