Key Responsibilities Research and coordinate travel options including hotels, resorts, transportation, activities, and other hospitality services Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, reservation details, and itineraries Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and respond to general inquiries Coordinate with hospitality and travel partners to confirm bookings and arrangements Assist with creating and scheduling travel and hospitality-related content for social media and digital platforms Support promotional efforts highlighting destinations, accommodations, vacation experiences, and seasonal offers Maintain accurate client records, communications, and reservation documentation Provide professional and timely customer support to ensure a positive client experience
