What you'll be doing    The Retail Manager is responsible for driving sell-out growth by developing and executing commercial strategies, optimizing brand performance, managing key accounts, and ensuring effective alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance. This role ensures strong market presence, sustainable revenue growth, and operational excellence across all commercial activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Sellout out Management. Develop and implement annual sellout targets. Lead the implementation of brand & TM Activations in the market including Launches, Visibility & planograms. Track ranking & market share targets & actuals. Report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities. SISO management & participate in the forecast processes. Drive topline growth through effective door management and channel development. Lead sell-out performance reviews, ensuring KPIs are met across all channels. 2. Team Leadership Lead the sellout team (SS & BC) KPIs, develop work plan and performance. Implement BC productivity. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback for team development. Conduct regular team meetings, and performance evaluations. Reporting and presenting sales reports suggested orders & door stock position. Commission submission for SS and BC. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Implement joint business planning (JBP) with strategic customers. Resolve escalations, operational issues, and service concerns. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and report commercial KPIs including sales, ranking, market share, and stock health. Provide monthly business reviews (MBR) and actionable insights to management. Implement corrective actions in underperforming areas. Coordinate with supply chain to ensure accurate demand forecasting and stock availability. Monitor SOH levels, returns, and slow-moving stock to minimize financial impact.
