Responsibilities: Staff Management: • Recruit, train, and develop retail staff in collaboration with HR and Area Managers • Implement structured coaching and development plans, including on-the-spot feedback and regular appraisals • Manage manpower planning, attendance, and scheduling in coordination with AM/AAM and HR • Conduct one-on-one discussions, team briefings, performance appraisals, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions • Motivate, recognize, and empower the team, fostering a culture of feedback and accountability • Ensure effective team organization to maximize sales and productivity • Lead by example with presence on the sales floor, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment Stock & Merchandise Management: • Work with Inventory Team to maintain optimal stock levels and store organization • Oversee deliveries, stock accuracy, and storeroom maintenance • Analyze sales trends, bestsellers, and slow moving items to provide feedback on inventory needs • Monitor competitor activity and market suitability of collections • Develop action plans to improve sales performance based on data and feedback Operations & Administration: • Ensure compliance with SOPs, legal requirements, safety protocols, HR policies, and operational best practices • Optimize store processes for efficiency and team well-being • Oversee store administration, documentation, and reporting in collaboration with relevant departments • Manage store expenses and ensure cost control Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience in a retail environment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Basic understanding of retail operations, stock management, and customer service • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail floor-based environment, including weekends and public holidays • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • A team player who takes initiative and leads by example Notify us about your interest in potential future opportunities by clicking Get Started below.
