Partner with broader Revenue Management organization, National and Local Sales and Supply Chain teams, local leadership, and contract support staff to align on plays to optimization contract opportunities and eliminate waste through leakage reduction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead performance optimization analysis of our agreements to maximize total profits and play a lead role in the contract performance review process.  Implement   plays   designed to turnaround underperforming agreements in partnership with National and Field sales leaders and APs. Conduct operational review on existing contracts to   identify   sources of margin compression and leakage in addition to   additional   margin opportunities. Own issue resolution to completion by working with sales, category management, procurement, contract administration, and other stakeholders. Lead contract performance reviews with senior level sales leaders, merchandising team, and Revenue Management colleagues on an as needed basis.  Make recommendations to correct profit erosion and own issue resolution, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve root causes of compression and leakage in systems or contract set- up .  Reviews include performance to business assumptions, execution to contract, and pricing implementation. Support Sr Revenue Management in preparation and presentation of monthly leadership updates on leakage trends and prevention opportunities.   Identify   common root causes of margin leakage and recommend prevention strategies, based on knowledge of business and contract processes.  Participate in presentation and own executing   follow up   actions coming out of meetings, as needed. Perform root cause analysis and partner with field and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology for recurring issues . Provide   additional   support to   National   and Local   Revenue Management team as needed Oversee all technical systems supporting margin management (Prime, Tandem,   CASIS, Icertis , Snowflake,   Sigma,   IBM   and Prism). Act as subject matter expert on applicable processes and programs. Travel from 5% - 10% of the time. RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Commercial Sales and Supply Chain excellence teams, local leadership, Sales Team, Region and Area leadership and staff, Category Management, Support Office Staff, RSC and Shared Service Center, accounting personnel other members of Revenue Management teams. External:      External auditors, customers QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training :    Four -year college degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience required. Related Experience:   Minimum 4 years’ experience in contract management, sales support, business analytics, or a related field. Prior experience in contract writing, management, or evaluation   strongly   preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Knowledge of contracting processes and customer profitability • Experience with complex IT systems and databases • Knowledge of Windows 365, Excel, Power Point,   Icertis , Snowflake, Sigma and Tableau • Experience working with sales; ability to influence senior, cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus.
