Your primary focus will be on supporting successful B2B go-to-market campaigns with an emphasis on event management and campaigns to create impactful lead generation strategies. Role You will be a key driver in turning Orgvue’s growth objectives into high-performing regional and global campaigns, shaping plans, bringing clarity to execution, and ensuring programmes land with impact. Drawing on strong B2B expertise across content, paid and organic social, webinars, email, events, and partner activity, you’ll deliver a balanced mix of digital and in-person demand generation. This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and who is comfortable operating at pace while keeping quality and performance high. We’re looking for a marketer with a proven record of delivering successful B2B campaigns with measurable outcomes, someone who can influence across the business, work effectively with agencies and sales teams, and build momentum through strong planning, crisp execution, and rigorous follow-through. Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Revenue Marketing and the wider marketing team to design and deliver global and regional campaign plans, including full ownership of end-to-end execution for virtual and in-person events. Produce high-quality content for stakeholder presentations, event assets, email programmes, and social channels, ensuring clear messaging and strong commercial relevance. Contribute to, and take accountability for, Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets, with a particular focus on event-led and campaign-generated pipeline. Lead and manage external agencies and event providers, setting clear expectations, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes and return on investment. Work closely with Marketing Operations to continuously improve campaign execution, automation, tracking, reporting, and insight generation. Build a highly aligned and productive partnership with Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Account Executives (AEs) to support conversion, follow-up, and pipeline creation. Manage campaign budgets responsibly to support smooth delivery and performance against monthly and quarterly goals. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative & Content teams to craft compelling copy and assets that support integrated campaigns. Work alongside digital marketing to identify and improve conversion opportunities across the funnel through joined-up campaign activity. Ensure Orgvue’s brand and identity are consistently represented across all touchpoints and channels. Requirements A confident, collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and with external partners. Strong project management capability, with the ability to run multiple workstreams at once while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset that helps teams move quickly and deliver well. 2+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (technology sector experience is a plus). Demonstrated ability to deliver events that generate measurable pipeline and ROI. Hands-on capability
