📋 Description • Act as liaison between client contacts and VA for revenue cycle. • Handle PHI with strict privacy and security controls. • Analyze VA claim payments using EnableComp tooling and state fee schedules. • Research and obtain medical records, submit with hospital claims to VA/TriWest. • Follow up with payers to ensure receipt of claims and reimbursements. • Prepare initial VA bill packets or appeal letters with supporting docs. 🎯 Requirements • HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors preferred. • 2-4+ years in healthcare billing/collections. • 2+ years client-facing/customer service experience. • 1+ years VA billing/collections experience. • Intermediate claims processing understanding; government/veteran benefits knowledge. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 🎁 Benefits • Note: Benefits not specified in posting.
